Guadalupe M. Ximenez, age 80, passed away February 13, 2014 in Floresville, Texas. Lupe was born on November 13, 1933 to Enrique Mendez Sr. and Refugia (Cardenas) Mendez in Floresville. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Arthur V. Ximenez Sr.; brothers, Raymond Mendez, Enrique Mendez Jr., Edward Mendez. Lupe is survived by her children, Arthur V. Ximenez Jr. and wife Stephanie of Floresville, Mary Jane Ximenez of Floresville; grandchildren, Marcos A. Gamboa, Kaitlyn M. Ximenez, Adrianna K. Ximenez, Allyssa C. Ximenez, Arthur V. Ximenez III; brothers, Joe Mendez, Carlos Mendez, Juan Mendez; sisters, Carmen Rodriguez, Antonia Garza, Diana Segura, Mary Lerma, Manuela Garza, Ninfa Flores; numerous nieces, nephews and many loving friends. A visitation will take place Sunday February 16, 2014 beginning at 5:00pm and a Rosary Vigil at 7:00pm at Finch Funeral Chapel in LaVernia, Texas.
