Teora Brietzke Ullrich passed away on July 1, 2014 at the age of 92 years while living with her niece and husband in Cherokee, Texas. Preceding her in death was her husband of 52 years, Frank Ullrich; her parents, Walter and Hulda Poenitz Brietzke; her sisters, Vernese Halley, Evelyn Belz, and Dorothy Hamilton. She is survived by her brother and his wife, Roger and Janice Fay Brietzke, LaVernia, Texas; Her uncle and his wife, Nowald and Susie Poenitz of Arlington, Texas; Nieces Jeralene Boggess of Cherokee, Texas and Shelley Holmes of San Antonio; Nephews LeeRoy Halley of Lancaster, California, Lance Hamilton of Orange, California, Daryl Belz of Arlington, Texas, Darren Brietzke of LaVernia, Texas, her husband's nephew Jerry Ullrich of Keene, Texas; a dear friend, Correne Belz of Grand Prairie, Texas and also many grand and great grand nieces and nephews who she loved and could name personally along with many cousins in the San Antonio/LaVernia area and in the Arlington/Grand Prairie area.

Visitation will be Monday, July 7, 2014 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM
Funeral services at 11:00 AM
at the Finch Funeral Chapel in La Vernia, Texas.

Burial will be at the Post Oak Cemetery in LaVernia, Texas. A buffet lunch will be served to those in attendance following the burial service at the Roger Brietzke Ranch.
