Richard Alfred Oltmanns, age 67, of Stockdale, passed away Friday, November 7, 2014 in Stockdale. Richard was born on August 9, 1947 in Seguin to Alfred Otto and Maria (Andle) Oltmanns. His parents and son, Wesley Oltmanns, precede him in death. Richard is survived by his wife of 30 years, Jeanette Oltmanns; daughter, Shelley Oltmanns; brother, Billy Oltmanns; sister, Marilyn Marshall and husband Doyle; brother-in-law, Jim Ramzinski and wife Barbara; nieces, Sherry Marshall, Brittany Oltmanns and husband Angel, Sara Oltmanns and Shanna Toborg and husband Toby; nephews, Eric Horstmann and Craig Ramzinski and wife Tami; special friends, David and Elaine West. A visitation with the family will be held Sunday, November 9, 2014, from 4:00pm to 7:00pm at Finch Funeral Chapel in Stockdale.
