The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Roberta Dettman can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: Mrs. Dettman was my teacher in Speech class in Stockdale and I always enjoyed her class. She was always in a good mood with a smile on her face and she showed a genuine interest in helping kids to learn. She was one of my favorite teachers and I had a great amount of respect for her. We got in contact again just a few years ago when I got her email address from a friend and we exchanged emails for the last several years. She was a special lady.
