Obituary for Shirley Chandler Tucker

Shirley Chandler Tucker of Seguin, Texas, passed away on April 6, 2016 in San Antonio, Texas at 57. Shirley was born on January 12, 1959 in Los Angeles, California to Lloyd Morgan Chandler and Frances Elizabeth Ware. After high school, Shirley went on to earn her Bachelor’s degree in teaching. On June 5, 1982, she married Paul Anthony Tucker in Seguin, Texas. Shirley is preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Katherine Yvonne Lohse and Kimberly Lea Chandler. She is loved dearly and will be missed by her loving husband, Paul Tucker; sons, Tanner Tucker, Josh Tucker and wife Carlie Tucker, and grandson Connor Tucker, all of whom are from Seguin; sister, Sandra Watson and husband Wally Watson; step-mom, Jackie Louk; half-sister, Amy Chandler and half-brother Clyde Chandler; step-brother, Mark Starkey, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of dear friends. Reverend Jim Price will be officiant of the services, and Dr. Josh Walter will offer the prayer. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The Susan G Komen Foundation, ww5.komen.org; or to the American Heart Association, www.heart.org.
