Obituary for Brenda L Davis (Thurk)

Brenda L. Davis, 73, of Cuero, passed away Wednesday, May 18, 2016. She was born January 22, 1943, in Goliad County to the late Paul Julius and Elife (Gruenwald) Thurk.

She is survived by her husband, Jessie H. Davis; son, Ricky Davis; granddaughter, Darline Whitt; great-grandchildren, Kacey Whitt and Jacob Stroebele; sister, Connie Edmondson; nephews, Timothy Edmondson and Paul Edmondson; and niece, Tina Boehm.

Visitation will be 5:00 - 7:00 P.M., Sunday, May 22, 2016, at Finch Funeral Chapel. Funeral service will be 10:00 A.M., Monday, May 23, 2016, at Finch Funeral Chapel with Rev. Tim Muehlbrad officiating. Interment to follow at Westside Cemetery.

Memorial donations may be made to the family to help defray funeral costs.
