Obituary for Karen Ann Albert (Rabel)

On Friday, July 22, 2016 Karen Ann Albert, age 56, passed away at home with family after a long illness. Karen was born on December 12, 1959 in San Antonio, Texas to Victor Rabel and Celestine (Kadura) Rabel. She graduated from Sam Houston High School in 1977 and that same year married the love of her life, David Albert. Karen worked as a customer service representative for Safelite Auto Glass and was a member of St. Benedict Catholic Church. She is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Kenneth Rabel and wife Bobbie. She is loved and will be dearly missed by her husband of 38 years, David Albert; son, Benson Albert and wife Veronica; daughter, Elizabeth Willis and husband Jeffery; brother, Glen Rabel and wife Gena; grandchildren, Christian Albert, Amber Martinez, Michael Martinez, Robert Martinez, and Alexander Willis; and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 28, 2016, from 9:00am-10:00am at Finch Funeral Chapel in La Vernia, Texas.
