Erlinda Garcia Madrigal, 87, of George West, passed away Sunday, September 18, 2016. She was born December 5, 1928, in Brownfield, TX, to the late Jose C. and Jenobeba (Alvarado) Garcia.

Erlinda was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Santiago Madrigal; brothers, Sean and Raymundo; and sisters, Maria and Natalia.

She is survived by her children, Dominga Gonzales, Domingo Madrigal, Julia Medrano, Raul Madrigal, Juanita McHaney, Clara Fenwick, Otilia Walker, Daniel Madrigal, Rosie Manning, Oralia Kessel, Miguel Madrigal, Arturo Madrigal and Maria Madrigal; 38 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and other loving family.

Visitation will be 4-7pm, Thursday, September 22, 2016 at Finch Funeral Chapel - Runge. A Rosary and Funeral Mass will be at 10am, Friday, September 23, 2016, at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Runge with Father Norbert Herman officiating. Burial will follow at Runge Latin American Cemetery.
