Stephen V. Willey
Stephen V. Willey of La Vernia, Texas passed away on Sunday, October 30, 2016 at the age of 34. Stephen was born on September 22, 1982 in San Antonio, Texas to Gregory V. Willey and Ruth Ann (Collins) Willey. Stephen grew up in La Vernia, graduating from La Vernia High School, and was an avid hunter and fisherman. On September 5, 2015, Stephen married Samantha Honaker in La Vernia. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Jessie and Betty Willey, and Marvin and Carolyn Collins; uncle Allen Collins; and cousin Dwayne Pelton. Stephen is survived by his loving wife, Samantha Willey; children, Daniel Grier, Lillian Brawner, Braeden Willey, and Corbin Willey; parents, Gregory and Ruth Willey; father-in-law, Terry Honaker; brother, Scott Willey; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends. A visitation with the family will be held on Saturday, November 12, 2016 from 2:00pm-3:00pm.
