Janie Sue Cartwright of La Vernia, Texas passed away on November 21, 2016 at the age of 73. Janie was born on July 10, 1943 in Cuero, Texas to Hugh Edward Murray and Annie Sue (Exelby) Murray. On her birthday in 1969, Janie married Donald Cartwright, who preceded her in death. She is also preceded in death by her parents; brother, Charles E. Murray; and granddaughter, Kimberly Jacob. Janie is survived by her daughter, Christin Jacob and husband, Michael of La Vernia, Texas, and grandsons, Dustin Jacob and Christopher Jacob. Visitation will be held on Friday, November 25, 2016 from 10:00am-11:00am at Finch Funeral Chapel in La Vernia.
