Jose Ines Guevara, age 63, of Stockdale, passed away November 21, 2016 in New Braunfels. He was born June 20, 1953 in Mexico. He was preceded in death by his father, Alfredo Guevara Perez. He is survived by his wife, Amparo L. Guevara; children: Santa Guevara (Juan Tapia), Jose Guevara (Jennifer), Pancho Guevara (Elda), Janet Guevara (Randy); grandchildren: J.D. Cruz, Anna Cruz, Sean Guevara, Panchito Guevara, Antonio Inez Guevara, Jessica Gibson and Amber Gibson; great-grandchildren: Izabel Govea, Domonic Govea and Gracelyn Kenney; his mother, Francisca Trejo; siblings: Enedelia Castañeda, Maria Guevara, Josepha Castañeda, Francisco Guevara, Alfredo Guevara, Narcedalia Guevara; numerous nieces and nephews; as well as other loving family and many friends.

The Funeral Service will be held Friday, November 25, 2016 at 10:00 AM at Finch Funeral Chapel in Nixon with a visitation held one hour before the service. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
