Henry Guerra, age 61, of Nixon, passed away February 20, 2017 in Seguin. He was born June 28, 1955 in Brownfield, Texas to Domingo and Juanita (Ramirez) Guerra. He was preceded in death by his parents, 5 brothers and 4 sisters. Henry is survived by his sons: Henry Joe Guerra Jr. and wife Amy of Leesville, Michael Lee Guerra and wife Crystal of Gruene; his daughter, Debra Lynn Guerra of Nixon; his former spouse, Sylvia Casas of Nixon; grandchildren: John, Megan, Kaleb, Kaden, Makaylie and Seth; a great-grandchild, John Anthony; two sisters: Chavela Aguilar and husband Ruben, Eva Martinez; numerous nieces and nephews; as well as other loving family and many friends.

A Graveside Funeral Service will be held Friday, February 24, 2017, at 11:00 AM at the Nixon Latin American Cemetery with Father Ouseph Kuriakose officiating. Visitation will be held at the cemetery one hour prior to the service. Memorial Contributions may be made to Finch Funeral Chapel LLC, P.O. Box 427, Nixon, TX 78140 to help the family defray final expenses.
