William Frederick Bowen, 92, passed away on April 19, 2017 in La Vernia, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents, Phelps Charles Bowen, Sr. and Angelina (Fernandez) Bowen; brothers, Phelps Charles Bowen, Jr. and George Bowen; and companion Ella Gerleane “Ina” Hellmann. Visitation will be held Sunday, April 23, 2017, 5:00pm-7:00pm, at Finch Funeral Chapel, La Vernia.
