Shirley B. Williams, age 80, of Stockdale, passed away Sunday, May 7, 2017 in San Antonio. Shirley was born March 6, 1937 to George and Katherine (Goode) Neal in Gillett. She was a vivacious woman that was “full of life” and had a great love for her God and for her family. Her parents, husband, Louis E. Williams Sr., brother, Jessie James Neal and sister, Rose Ella Watkins, precede her in death. Shirley is survived by her son, Louis Edmond Williams Jr.; God’s daughter, Rena White and her husband, C.W.; sisters, Nora Erskine and Estell Perryman and her husband, Robert; sisters-in-law, Sible Jean Williams, Freddie May Williams and Vivian Williams; brother-in-law, Frank Williams; a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces, great-great-nephews and many very dear friends. A visitation will take place Saturday, May 13, 2017 from 1:00pm to 2:00pm at Finch Funeral Chapel of Stockdale.
