Condolence: My heartfelt condolences to the family of "Miss Josie." I remember when the Yorktown Hospital was still open, we could set our clock by Miss Josie's car going by our gate on the Cotton Patch road a little before 7 every morning. Years later we were blessed to have her as the world's greatest babysitter for Christopher and Kelli. She loved them like they were her own children, and they loved her. I said "babysitter," but she was much more like another grandmother, always loving and caring. She was so creative, too. She could always make up some fun game for the kids to play. And when they were asleep she would be at work making a doll or a dress or something. Never idle. I also appreciated that she would let them get good and dirty while playing, then just hose them down, clean them up, and bring them back in the house for some food. Such a wonderful lady!
