CM Sgt. George Albert Kalinoski, U. S. Air Force, Retired, of St. Hedwig, Texas passed away on October 3, 2017 in Live Oak, Texas at the age of 81. George was born on April 23, 1936 in San Antonio to Joseph L. Kalinoski and Daisy (Korzekwa) Kalinoski. On September 15, 1956 he married Virginia Hild in San Antonio. George enjoyed spending time hunting, fishing and watching football, but most of all, being around his family and grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Arthur Kalinoski and sister, Cecilia Reinhard. George is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Virginia Kalinoski; daughters, Cheryl Young (Bob), Vicki Marshall (Mark), and Lori Scott (Keith); grandchildren, Shannon, Jennifer, Allison, Shelby, Elizabeth, Jenna, Reagan, Katy, and Zachary; great-grandson, Hudson; sister, Martha Matthews (Alton); as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and other loving family and friends. A visitation will be held on Sunday, October 8, 2017 at Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church in St. Hedwig, from 5:00pm-7:00pm with the Rosary Vigil to be prayed at 7:00pm.

Interment will follow in Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Cemetery. Father Bill Zadora will be officiant of the services.
