Chester W. “Chuck” Wiley Jr., of Richmond, Texas, passed away on October 11, 2017 in Conroe, Texas. He was born on September 27, 1954 to Chester and Mary Nell (Pooley) Wiley in Seguin, Texas. He was preceded in death by his father, Chester Wayne Wiley Sr.; father-in-law, Marion “Spike” Skrobarczyk; sister-in-law; Janice Collins and his canine companion, “Ralph”. He is survived by his wife, Carol Skrobarczyk) Wiley of Richmond, Texas; son, Derek Kendall Wiley and wife, Lindsey of Cedar Park, Texas; mother, Mary Nell Wiley of Stockdale, Texas; sisters, Vicki Wehmeyer and husband, David of Stockdale, Texas and Sherri Cooper and husband, Jim of Stockdale, Texas; mother-in-law, Mary Skrobarczyk of Stockdale; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, other loving family, friends and his loving canine companion, “Bella”.

The Reverend Ray Perales will officiate at the service. Interment will follow in Stockdale Cemetery. The pallbearers will be his nephews, Kyle Cooper, Joseph Collins, Blayne Parrish, Dillon Parrish, John Zigmond, and Paul Zigmond.
