On January 29, 2018 Mary Elizabeth Pieniazek, 92, of Adkins, Texas passed away at home surrounded by her loving family. Mary was born on July 2, 1925 in Bexar County, Texas to Joseph Tudyk and Emilia Pogorzelski Tudyk. Mary married George Pieniazek on August 2, 1944 at Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church in St. Hedwig, Texas. After raising 5 sons together, George preceded her in death in 1989. She is also preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Emilia Tudyk. Mary is survived by her sons, Michael Pieniazek (Diane), Philip Pieniazek (Charla), Bernard Pieniazek (Melodye), Adrian Pieniazek (DeAnn), and Jerome Pieniazek; grandchildren, Jordan (Meghan), Blake, Drew, Paige, Erik (April), Brian, Emma, Troy, and Adam Pieniazek, Megan Dove (Stephen), and Ciarra Gawlik; great-grandchildren, Austin and Brody Pieniazek, Sam, Ruth and Georgia Dove, and Elizabeth Pieniazek; siblings, Valerie Tudyk Grams, Joseph Tudyk and Timothy Tudyk; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 6, 2018, 6:00pm-8:00pm, at Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church in St. Hedwig; Rosary Vigil to be prayed at 7:00pm.
