Franklin Earl Randolph, 84 of La Vernia, Texas passed away on January 28, 2018 in Floresville, Texas. Franklin was born on January 12, 1934 in Ambrose, North Dakota to William Randolph and Leona Mason Randolph, whom have preceded him in death. Franklin is a 21-year Veteran of the Armed Forces and retired as a Tech Sgt. He is survived by his wife, Paulette M. Stickland; children, Renee Randolph of San Antonio, Texas and Michael Randolph of South Lake, Texas; as well as other loving family and friends. A visitation will be held on Monday, February 12, 2018, 5:00pm-8:00pm at Finch Funeral Chapel in La Vernia, Texas.
