Felipe C. Ramirez, Sr. of Runge, entered eternal rest on February 17, 2018 at the age of 84. He was born on August 23, 1933 in Karnes County, Texas to Martin and Agedita (Castillo) Ramirez. Felipe was preceded in death by his wife, Josefina (Gonzalez) Ramirez; son, Felipe Ramirez, Jr.; 2 grandchildren; his parents; 4 brothers and 2 sisters. He is survived by his loving children, daughters-in-law, and son-in-law, Delia Ramirez of Runge, Fidel Ramirez (Beatrice) of Pasadena, TX, Felicita Ramirez of Runge; Rojelio Ramirez (Diana) of Pasadena, TX, Helena R. Garcia (Fred) of Runge, and Rebecca Ramirez of Runge; grandchildren, Roy Ramirez, Randy Ramirez (Shevon), Ana C. Ramirez, David Ramirez, Martin Ramirez (Ashley), Rojelio Ramirez, Jr. (Lorena), Jimmy Ramirez (Jennifer), Josephine Ramirez (Adrian), Jennifer Ramirez (Osiel), Jonathon Garcia, Darren Ramirez, Monique Ramirez, and Joshua Garcia; 22 great-grandchildren; companion, Auora Reyes; numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at Finch Funeral Chapel- Runge, and the Rosary will be recited that same evening at 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
