Soveida “Mary” Fonseca, 71, of Runge, died Friday, March 16, 2018. She was born September 26, 1946 in Runge, to Magdaleno and Rosenda Garza Torres.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents; grandson, Fabian Soliz; two sisters; and five brothers.

She is survived by her daughters, Lydia Guerra and Juanita Estrada; sons, Elisandro Fonseca Jr and Danny Fonseca; grandchildren, Lanae Olveda, Krystal Fonseca, Monique Castaneda, Daelene Casarez, Veronica Soto, Harold Guerra III and Iris Guerra; and 11 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be 5-8pm and a Rosary at 7pm, Thursday, March 22, 2018 at Finch Funeral Chapel - Runge. Funeral Mass will be at 10am, Friday, March 23, 2018, at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Runge with Father Norbert Herman officiating. Burial will follow at Runge Latin American Cemetery.
