Joe Harold Cotter, 83, of Stockdale, Texas passed away on March 25, 2018. Joe was born on December 29, 1934 in Stockdale to Everett Hays Cotter and Myrtie Elizabeth (Luker) Cotter, whom have preceded him in death along with his brothers, Everett “Sonny” Cotter, Charles Earl Cotter and Bennie Roy Cotter; sister, Gussie Franklin; and great-granddaughter, Ashlee Brooke Emery. He leaves his loving memories to be cherished by his wife, Brenda Dowlearn-Cotter; son, Randy & Susan Cotter, daughter, SuZanne & Emmit Kimble; grandchildren, Rochelle & Bobby Lopez, Josh & Jenna Cotter, Joe Rustin Cotter, Shelby Kimble & fiancé Tony Peterson, Raylene Zeitler, Craig & Natalie Butler, and Laura & Seth Rowoldt; 16 great-grandchildren; as well as numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends.
