Eloisa Villanueva, 73, of Runge, passed away in Victoria, on July 28, 2014. She was born August 9, 1940, in Runge, to the late Lazaro and Manuela (Gonzales) Mendoza.

Eloisa was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Benjamin Villanueva, Sr.

She is survived by her children, Hector Mendoza (Janie), Pedro Villanueva (Melinda), Benjamin Villanueva, Jr. (Belinda), Martin Villanueva (Lillie), Melvin Villanueva, and Tina Felan (Randy); nine grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation is 5-8 pm, Thursday, July 31, 2014, at Finch Funeral Chapel-Runge. Funeral service is 10 am, Friday, August 1, 2014, at Jerusalem Baptist Church with Rev. Elijah Garza officiating. Interment will follow at Runge Cemetery.
