On August 21, 2016 Annette Deason (Marrou) Sullivan passed away peacefully in San Antonio, Texas at the age of 98. Annette was born on December 6, 1917 in Marshall, Texas to Benjamin Deason and Gertrude (Clay) Deason. She is preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Opal Gibson, Ethel Pullin Sears, Jessie Ronshausen, and Virginia Wiley; and brother, Delbert Deason. Annette will be dearly missed by her husband, Donald E. Sullivan; children, Andre Verne Marrou and wife Kathy, Jerry Marrou Jones and husband John Edward, Chris Rene Marrou and wife Kathy; step-sons, Steven Sullivan and wife Debi, and Clarke Sullivan; 6 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Friday, August 26, 2016 at 1:00pm, at First United Methodist Church in Nixon, Texas.
