Raymond L.  Real
Raymond L. Real passed away on Friday, October 28, 2016 in La Vernia, Texas at the age of 86. Raymond was born on April 7, 1930 in Converse, Texas to Gus Real and Margaret (Schuwirth) Real. In 1954, Raymond began courting his soon to be wife and the love of his life, Florence R. Zigmond. They were married on May 26, 1956 in St. Hedwig, Texas at Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church. Raymond is preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Lisa Ahlert; grandson, Nathan Ahlert; brother-in-law, Bill Walls; sister-in-law, Doralee Real; and nephew Gary Real. He is loved and will be missed by his wife of 60 years, Florence Real; sister, Irene Walls; brothers, Ralph Real, Leroy Real and wife Nelda, Jerome Real and wife Florence Rose, and Wallace Real and wife Joyce; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 30, 2016 from 5:00pm-8:00pm at Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church in St. Hedwig, with the Rosary being recited at 7:00pm.

Interment will follow at Annunciation of the BVM Catholic Cemetery in St. Hedwig. Father Bill Zadora will be officiant of the services.
